Full-Stack Development: Modern Real Estate Application
In this project, I built a professional Real Estate Listing platform from scratch. Using a modern toolkit (Laravel, Vue 3, Inertia.js, and Tailwind CSS), I moved past basic theory to create a high-performance website that looks and feels like a premium mobile app.
What I Built & Learned:
The Application: I developed a fully functional real estate site where users can browse property listings with high-quality images. I also built a custom mortgage calculator that gives users instant results without the page needing to refresh.
Modern Design: Using Vue 3 and Tailwind CSS, I created a clean, responsive design. The site is highly interactive, meaning buttons and forms respond instantly, providing a smooth experience on both phones and computers.
Secure Backend: I used Laravel to handle the "behind-the-scenes" work, such as saving property data, managing secure user logins, and sending automated emails.
Seamless Connection: I used Inertia.js to bridge the gap between the server and the visual interface. This allowed me to build a fast "Single Page Application" that feels much snappier than a traditional website.
